Please let us know if you would like to use our office for UTokyo related activities!

In principle, applications from people other than the faculty and staff of the University of Tokyo are accepted from two months prior to the date of use. You cannot book the selected dates.

Please be advised that your reservation will not be confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the office. Our staff will contact you for the details of the reservation.
